I was looking in the Westerly direction at that time. This occurred on 1/27/2012 @ 19:35 hours in Shelton, Washington! The object to the west disappeared in about one hour. It looked closer than Venus or Biggger? I checked one of the websites that tracks celestial body's and only Venus was listed as visible with the moon on this date. Neither Jupiter, Saturn or Mars was within visual discovery on this date according to this professional website. Please replay asap, thank you for your time. Sincerely Tom
